Cozy Grove Ghosts Consoles by Going Mobile First

For those who prefer gaming on the go, March 19 marks another promising day for the mobile market–that being the launch day for Cozy Grove, Seattle-based Spry Fox‘s latest project. Having already forged titles like Alphabear and Triple Town in the mobile fires, it’s no surprise that Spry Fox has Cozy Grove landing first on these devices before making its way to heavier console weaponry. Cozy Grove is summarized with the following:

“Welcome to Cozy Grove, a game about camping on a haunted, ever-changing island. As a Spirit Scout, you’ll wander the island’s forest each day, finding new hidden secrets and helping soothe the local ghosts. With a little time and a lot of crafting, you’ll bring color and joy back to Cozy Grove!”

Cozy Grove bills itself as a life sim with hand-drawn art and a hefty 40-hour campaign. Spry Fox launched their first trailer for this entry back in October, stating that it would release in full in the first half of 2021. True to their word and despite the fever of an ongoing pandemic, Spry Fox has Cozy Grove out now for mobile devices and slated for all other major consoles come April 8.
