Dordogne, a region in Southwestern France, is named for the river that cuts a glittering path through its idyllic countryside. Dordogne, a freshly announced narrative adventure, is named for both of the same. In development by studios UN JE NE SAIS QUOI and UMANIMATION, Dordogne captures the sentimental and powerfully beautiful essence of France, friendship, and the felicity of childhood. Dordogne is summarized with the following:
“Dordogne is a narrative adventure game in which you play as Mimi, a young woman visiting the house of her recently deceased grandmother who left her letters and puzzles to solve. To do so, Mimi will revisit her childhood memories and reconnect with the little girl who marveled at everything.”
Faithfully adapting the real Dordogne into sprawling watercolor vistas, Dordogne offers a journey through France unlike any other. Stitch together the treasured memories in Mimi’s journal as you solve puzzles and explore the warmly depicted nooks and crannies she adored as a child. Dordogne is planned for a 2021 release on PC and Switch, giving us something truly special to look forward to during these strange and often bewildering times.
