Announced freshly by Coyan Cardenas himself (otherwise known as Memory of God), upcoming The Stillness of the Wind now enjoys a finalized release date for this February. On February 7, a touch over a week away, The Stillness of the Wind opens on PC, iOS, and Switch. Cardenas announced on January 29 the following through his Twitter account:
“Finally able to announce my little game The Stillness of the Wind will release on PC (Steam and itch), iOS and Nintendo Switch on February 7th!”
The Stillness of the Wind is the long-awaited successor of Where the Goats Are, a minute indie title that proffered a deeply ruminative experience in a shockingly short playtime. The ingenious melding of gravity within the mundane, routine within the fantastical — that incredible recipe that made up Where the Goats Are is inevitably what awaits us in The Stillness of the Wind. We’re happy the goats are finally ready.
