Charmingly foxy action adventure TUNIC was announced at E3 2018 to the applause and amazement of all. Featuring a small fox taking on a “big world,” TUNIC’s trailer showcased gameplay elements of combat, exploration, and boss destruction in a graphically engrossing universe. Play as an adorable fox challenging ominous enemies and traversing a land filled with peril and beauty. Says TUNIC of itself:
“TUNIC is an action adventure about a tiny fox in a big world. Explore the wilderness, discover spooky ruins, and fight terrible creatures from long ago.”
Despite such a show-stopping announcement at E3, little else is known about TUNIC. There’s no release date as of yet, but we do know it will at least be available on Steam and Xbox One when it does launch. TUNIC is being developed by Andrew Shouldice and published by Finji. We may have a long wait ahead of us before we get to enjoy what TUNIC has to offer, but when a title looks this tantalizingly good this early on, the wait is always worth it.
